Accessibility statement
Our target: WCAG 2.2 level AA
Hocus Pocus Focus is built to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines 2.2 at level AA. Both the light and dark themes are designed for AA contrast, every action works from the keyboard, and animation switches off when your device asks for reduced motion.
Voice is never the only way
Magic listens, but every voice action has a tap or keyboard equivalent, and anything Magic says is shown as text. Desktop shortcuts: J and K to move, E to mark done, R to reply, S to snooze, Cmd+K for the command bar.
Known limits we're working on
Some animated scenes on the home page are decorative and carry no extra information. The live orb is decorative too; its state is announced in text. We have not yet completed a full third-party screen-reader audit.
