The deal.
Using the product
You must provide accurate account information, protect access to your account and use Hocus Pocus Focus lawfully. You remain responsible for messages and actions you approve.
Connected accounts
You authorize us to access connected services only to deliver the features you select. You must have permission to connect each account and may revoke access at any time.
AI drafts
Magic provides recommendations and drafts, not legal, medical, financial or other professional advice. Review every output before relying on it or sending it.
Plans and payments
Paid plans renew until cancelled. Current pricing, included usage and trial terms appear before purchase. Company terms may be set in a separate agreement.
Availability
We work to keep the service reliable, but it may occasionally be unavailable or change. Third-party services can also limit or interrupt connected features.
Ownership
Extraordinary owns Hocus Pocus Focus and its product materials. You retain ownership of your content and grant us only the rights needed to operate the service for you.
