What we use
We use account details and the email, calendar and Slack information you choose to connect to sort priorities, draft responses, prepare meetings and calculate your private productivity signals.
What we store
We minimize stored message content. We keep the metadata, snippets, summaries, drafts and settings needed to operate the product. Provider credentials are encrypted and available only to server-side systems.
What we never do
We do not sell your personal information or use your connected messages to train AI models. We do not send a message without your approval, except outreach sequences you explicitly pre-approve within stated limits.
Google data
Google account access is used only to provide the features you request. You can disconnect Google at any time from Settings. Disconnecting stops future access; you may also ask us to delete stored product data.
Teams
Your inbox and energy score are private by default. Teammates see only shared work and signals you choose to share, subject to your organization settings.
Your choices
You may access, correct or delete your information, withdraw a connection, or close your account. Contact us to make a request.
